One of Australia’s thought leaders in the events industry, Wendy Hand, principal of Bright Red Fish, has been helping organizations across a range of industries produce memorable, and actionable events for a diverse groups of constituents for the past 20 plus years.  Her success is based on building events and content that go beyond providing information to solving problems.

Gaining an understanding and exploring the attitudes and needs of the targeted attendees – stakeholders, membership, employees and customers – to determine content and experiences that are not just meaningful, but compelling, inspiring and actionable back at the workplace.  This process is a critical component of the strategy development for any event.  As a result, all BRF events are created with measurable outcomes aligned with business goals and participant needs.

Wendy Hand began her career in marketing in fmcg’s (fast moving consumer goods).  Between 1987 and 2006 Wendy founded and headed a successful full-service event production and project management company operating in Australia designing and producing events globally.

Wendy has a proven track record in business development, audience research, client management and employee communication.  A key feature is her ability to build and manage multi-skilled teams including technical, creative, administrative and production for logistically complicated projects successfully delivered for a range of blue chip corporate clients from industries as diverse as financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality and retail across more than 15 countries.

Wendy has always been a passionate advocate for creating content and delivery mechanisms that will have an impact on participants way beyond the life of the event.  Your success is our success.
